Day 1  Arrival to Tbilisi and transfer to Omalo

Transfer from the International Airport or any other location from Tbilisi (4-5 hours drive) to Tusheti, to village Omalo.
Lunch on the way. Overnight and dinner in Omalo.

Day 2  Omalo – Shenako - Diklo

After breakfast we’ll head up to explore fascinating villages of Chaghma valley: Shenako and Diklo. With this route we are getting closer to the border of Tusheti-Daghestan.  Lunch on the way.

Day 3  Diklo – Chigho - Dartlo

As soon as breakfast is over, we start hiking up on the trail to Tutariki pass (2440m). Afterwards we continue our route and walk down to the riverbank. The final point of our trekking day will be village Chigho (2150m).  Lunch in the mountains.
Overnight and dinner in Dartlo.

Day 4  Dartlo – Kvavlo - Baso

On the day 4^th, as soon as you will enjoy delicious breakfast at the guesthouse, we can start trekking route towards the village Kvavlo. We’ll pass by another beautiful village of Dano and descend to the river to continue hiking to reach the village Baso. Lunch in the mountains on the way.

Day 5  Baso – Nakaicho Pass - Jvarboseli

Day the 5^th seems to be the most challenging but at the same time, just a little bit more exciting day in comparison to others for the reason of its difficulty - we’ll have to complete hard ascent and descent. Hiking starts from Baso (2000m) and we’ll reach Nakaicho pass (2940m). We continue hiking along the ridge to reach a final destination of the trekking day – Jvarboseli (1960m). Lunch on the way.

Day 6  Tsovata Valley – Indurta – Jvarboseli - Omalo

On the 6^th day we start hiking in the direction of Tsovata valley, which is the least visited part of Tusheti. In the territory we may just meet the local shepherds with sheep and goats. Next destination is Indurta and we’ll have there some time to explore the village. Then we walk back to Jvarboseli where our driver will meet us and transfer to Omalo. If you wish to stop by the highest populated village in Europe – Bochorna (2345m), we can visit it on our way. Lunch in the mountains.

Airport transfer back to Tbilisi
